To Do:
increase membership by 5 new members by June 2011
Robot Club support..raffle,sponsorships,
Wine Taster (4/8 suggested date)
Installation Dinner
Jesse reported about Turkey Project: He raised a record $9,000 of which the Club raised 1/3!!
Motch described the forward calendar of the Robot project.
Jan 8 the Robot Clubs assemble at Stony Brook 
In March they go to Hofstra to compete in regionals and if they can achieve positive outcome will compete on a global basis this yr in St. Louis.
There are now 3 classes consisting of 80 students .
Gov. Ravi has requested a grant to support the Club from Rotary International.

Jesse reported about Turkey Project: He raised a record $9,000 of which the Club raised 1/3!!This provided 257 Turkey baskets to a community of need. He and his wife expressed sincere gratitude to Club.
 
 Motch described the forward calendar of the Robot project.
Jan 8 the Robot Clubs assemble at Stony Brook where they learn details of this year's required robot contest and they then have 6 weeks to build it. In March they go to Hofstra to compete in regionals and if they can achieve positive outcome will compete on a global basis this yr in St. Louis. There are now 3 classes consisting of 80 students .
It should be noted that not only do they engage in this Club activity but also many serve as firemen and also distibute clothes to the homeless.
Gov. Ravi has requested a grant to support the Club from Rotary International. In addition  Pres. Jay will discuss working with Motch and the 200 students in Robot/Decca Clubs to support the team in fundraising activity.
