All members have received budget and revised by-laws for review and comment and adoption upon return from summer holidays in Sept. Budget will focus members energy on agreed projects and fundraising efforts to achieve them.
 
Lynn has volunteered to lead tag sale in Oct.
Clarisse will see if that winery can be made available for us this year. In Sept we will create a calendar of fundraisers and fundraiser captains to target key project dates.
 
Ed suggested a project that was agreed. Each member should begin to think of a challenge, experience ,etc that impacted upon his or her life as a member of the Gold Coast Club.We can then create a booklet as part of a welcome kit for new members and perhaps even get it published eventually.
 
Aug. 20 Fahmi Quadir,daughter of our newest member Abul, will speak about her recent experience in Bangladesh and her bio medical reserach before heading back to University in California. We will invite the new Minister of All Saint's Church to attend if his schedule permits.
