Club"

Congratulations
to Pres. Emma who retires today after 36 years at Roslyn Savings Bank.
She promises to remain active in the Club in between visits to luxury
resorts around the world!!

Motchkavitz reported that Lynn's artice about South HS Robotics Club
has been submitted to the local paper. Gov. Ravi is submitting to
Rotary International a grant request for the Robot Club
which would not only bring funds but added prestiege to the activities of Motch and his students.
The
Robot and South HS Team attended an awards event at the Cradle of
Aviation Museun where astronaut Mary Cleave (graduate of GN North),
Eric Lindbergh (grandson of Lucky Lindy) and the family of Tom Kelly
(father of lunar module) received awards. The Robot was a hit at the
event. This week the Nassau bomb squad will visit with their robot.
The
Club wishes to increase the support for GN North HS "Action for Women
Club" and to that end will invite for a bkfst, Advisor Michelle Boone
who is known to Motch and Doug.
